Then when my brother totaled his car, and there was confusion with the car title and financing, I had to call and speak to Gracie Segars and she was so kind and helpful everytime i had to call, while i panicked on the other end of the line. She answered all my questions, and helped us make the best decision that wouldn't hurt my mom's policy or her standing with the insurance company. Gracie is the best. I couldn't have gotten anyone better. And she deserves a raise."
